Mint Chocolate with Crunchy Choc Chips

My new creations Crunchy Mint Chocolate!
I love the flavour of mint match matchers, becoming Vegan meant I had to lay them to rest.
I thought I’d create my own Raw Vegan version 🙂
They are delicious.
Follow my basic chocolate recipe
then add
1 teaspoon natural peppermint flavouring
Half cup cacao nibs
Fresh mint leave to garnish and add lovely fresh mint flavour.
Place in fridge for 1 hour and Enjoy 🙂
