Love this! We have a soy milk maker that makes all the nut and bean milks with some pre-programmed functions. It’s pretty cool. We make a new batch something like every other day. We’re going to make a hazelnut cream tomorrow (experiment) to see if that will make a tasty nondairy creamer for coffee. We’ll see! Thanks for sharing this recipe. I like the idea of adding dates.
Thank you Brittany.
I do miss yoghurt, I have tried a shop bought coconut yoghurt that was delicous but so expensive. I make raw nut cheese and id love to give yoghurt a try.
look forward to trying your recipe x

As a matter of fact, we made it this morning! I made it a little thicker because I’m using it as coffee creamer. It is good! Thanks!

I agree. Almond milk is amazing. Here is an ideaโฆ. you can make your own homemade almond milk yogurt. It’s so easy and you can find the recipe here: http://brittanyblum.wordpress.com/2014/01/18/homemade-almond-yogurt-probiotic-treat/. Cheers!
